Each artwork is carefully packaged and prepared for shipment to help ensure it arrives safely and securely.

Processing Time

Original artworks and limited-edition prints are generally processed within 5–10 business days, unless otherwise stated on the artwork listing.

Custom or commissioned artworks require additional production time. Estimated completion and shipping timelines will be communicated separately for each commission.

Shipping

We currently ship within the continental United States.

Available shipping options and rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the artwork, destination, and selected shipping method.

Standard Shipping: Estimated 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: Estimated 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Packaging

Every artwork is packaged with care and appropriate protective materials to help minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Damaged Shipments

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and artwork.

This documentation helps us assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

Color Variations for Prints

Please note that colors displayed on a computer, tablet, or mobile device may vary slightly from the actual printed artwork due to differences in screen settings, brightness, and color calibration.

Every effort is made to reproduce each print with exceptional color accuracy and quality.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the original, limited-edition, made-to-order, and commissioned nature of the artwork, all sales are final.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted for:

Original artworks
Limited-edition prints
Made-to-order prints
Custom or commissioned artworks

Please carefully review the artwork's images, dimensions, materials, description, and availability before completing your purchase.

If an order arrives damaged or an incorrect artwork is received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.
